Shipping policy

At INARA, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and hassle-free. Kindly refer to our shipping policy for information on how we manage deliveries:

Processing Time:

  • All "Ready To Ship" orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders shipped within Singapore can take 1-3 days in delivery.
  • Orders shipped outside of Singapore can take 8-15 business days depending on the destination address and customs clearance.
  • Our "Made To Order" pieces are meticulously crafted with care from start to finish, taking about 4-6 weeks to reach you. Should an earlier delivery become feasible, we'll notify you via email or WhatsApp, the tracking details.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates vary based on the destination of the package.
  • Shipping is free for all orders shipped within Singapore.
  • For orders shipped to India and Malaysia, there is a flat shipping fee of SGD 10.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to India and Malaysia.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Inara will not be able to entertain a request for refund.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
