INARA curates each product with love and subjects every finished piece to rigorous quality checks. We strive to achieve unparalleled quality standards at every stage of our operation.

Our jewellery features handcrafted exclusives consisting of a blend of semi-precious stones and crystals, with minor variations due to the nature of such, adding unique charm to each piece, making your jewellery truly one-of-a-kind. 

  • No returns or exchange will be given under any circumstances unless the product received is defective during transit or incorrect.
  • We have sole discretion in resolving issues, treating each case individually due to the nature of our products.

We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt to identify any damages or discrepancies, such as receiving the incorrect item.
If you discover any such issues, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. This prompt communication enables us to promptly assess the situation and take appropriate measures.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@inarabylikitha.com within 2 days of delivery with the following details: 
  • The reason for return along with images/videos with its original packaging and tags (the return will be rejected if item tags are removed/altered).
  • Order number.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for items on sale or made-to-order.

Refund Process

  • Our team will evaluate your return request and once approved, expect an email with instructions on how to return/exchange the product.
  • For returns, we will refund to your original payment method once products are received by us. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement.
